The location is the best, service on reception is good as well. The rooms are ok even with not comfortable mattresses. Sea view compensates that. The main areas for the improvement are restaurant and bar. The politic there supports the lines to areas with grill, even if it is predictable the biggest demand for some dishes from grill, omelets, pancakes you will need to wait for 15-20 minutes for your one. If you will go to dinner after 20:00, there are no any chances to take grill or the sweets with demand. All dishes with demand quite limited, and it is the organization of the work. You will not find served table in the restaurant if you will come after 20:00 ( dinner by 21:30). If you will order just still water you will wait for your order 15-20 minutes ( 50% restaurant completion) that is why better to order wine or beer, and you will take it in 5 minutes. The same, you will find somebody free from the personnel who will clean a table for you. It is not a top priority because the orders… If the service in restaurant will be improved, it can be very good hotel.

Perfect place for Family Majorca. Paghera hotel. Vacation in Majorca is perfect this place. Recommend 100%. Nice breakfast. Perfect approach from hotel. Totally rest with children. Higher level food. We had a great stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, near Andraxt, not far from Palma and overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean sea! And from the hotel you can access 3 different beaches (the smallest one being our favorite!) Every morning & evening we had stunning meals with the best view from one of the 2 beautiful terraces overlookingthe sea! I also highly recommend the best spot of the long chairs under the pine trees overlooking the sea... just perfect to read, relax or nap! The staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and always available and kind to us and our kids. A big part that made our stay really great was the kids club, a service offered by the hotel and managed by the great María José! Our kids loved her and she was always available if we needed some extra hours for ourselves! 😊 We loved this family & friends experience, we will definitely come back!
